Lessons Learned
When you have kids and other things to do in the week, it’s hard to work on a business.
Oftentimes, I find myself wanting to work more than I’m able to.
But instead of using that lack of time as an excuse to move slowly, I’ve learned to prioritize the biggest needle movers.
This week, we got a basic brand guide built out, some basic ideas, and designs.
We got those sent over yesterday.
1 week in, and we are about to order the product.
It doesn’t need to be perfect.
Just go.

Growth Map
I wanted to outline the map of what my next few steps are.
Brand Concept
This brand is targeting the female cycle (to put it simply).
In that cycle, there are 4 phases.
We will create a distinct vibe/brand feel for each of the four phases.
Then sell 4 different hats to align with each phase.
This will play into the type of content we post.
Rotating through the 4 different vibes.

Next Steps
The roadmap may shift as we move forward, but this is the rough plan:
Get phase 1 hats ordered.
Focus on getting and posting content on Instagram & TikTok
Build a waitlist on our website.
Get preorders
Reinvest in phases 2-4 hats.
Continue to create and post content
Official Launch
TikTok Shop for sales
Provide TikTok creators with products to post on TikTok Shop
Reinvest into meta/TikTok ads.
